Domestic Cleaning - Team Leader

Must have suitable experience in domestic cleaning (we will consider those with other types of cleaning experience).
Must have a full clean driving licence.
Must be able to commit to 20 hours per week.
We are looking for somebody reliable and good with people, who can help us with training and quality management for our cleaning team as well as taking on a small handful of clients themselves.
Rate of pay is £16.50 per hour during probation, increasing to £17.50 per hour on completion, with the potential for this moving to a monthly salaried position rather than hourly rate, based on positive outcome on deliverables.
Our team are always well looked after - lunch and drinks are provided when performing any job which covers a full day. Paid holidays are included. Bank holidays and weekend work are optional and not required working days, but paid at 1.5x rate if you choose to work them.
