FATCA/CRS Analyst - FTC

Our client seeks a FATCA/CRS Analyst to join their team on a Temporary 6-Month Contract. You will be responsible for undertaking retrospective reviews of client records to ensure compliance with the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) regulations. The role focuses on validating the accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness of client self-certifications in accordance with CRS due diligence requirements, including enhanced requirements introduced under CRS 2.0. The successful candidate will conduct detailed reviews of customer documentation, identify remediation requirements, engage with internal stakeholders, and support regulatory reporting obligations by ensuring tax residency information maintained by the Bank is accurate and current. Key Skills and Experience: Experience working within Banking or Financial Services. Working knowledge of FATCA and CRS regulations. Experience reviewing client due diligence and KYC documentation. Understanding of tax residency concepts and regulatory reporting requirements. Experience conducting customer remediation or retrospective review activities.
