Zurich is seeking a customer-focused IT Service Desk Administrator to provide first-line IT support to colleagues and partners across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team. Acting as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage support tickets through to resolution, and deliver a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong PC and Microsoft Office knowledge, experience in a customer service or support environment, and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
