Sales Executive - Future Ready Team

As a Sales Executive within our Future Ready Team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting sales of our Fibre Broadband, Mobile Tariffs and Hardware products. This role is primarily focused on offline customer engagement, with case management and email correspondence forming the priority areas of day-to-day activity.
You will manage and progress customer enquiries, sales cases, follow-ups and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring customers receive clear, timely and personalised support. You will assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to enhance their connectivity and digital experience.
Answering inbound calls will form a secondary support function, assisting customers where required and helping to maintain a seamless service across all contact channels. You may also support outbound activity and attend events through our mobile MT shop as needed.
