The successful candidate must have 10 years plus experience within the events industry with specific knowledge of how to run a successful padel business. The role will be responsible for assisting in establishing padel on the island, bringing their own ideas and strategies to support the journey.
In addition, chef experience is a required to provide support within the connected cafe.
