An exciting opportunity for an experienced aviation professional to take the next step in their career as a Junior Aviation Manager.
 
Working closely with the Head of Aviation, you will support the delivery of aviation services across a complex, international and time-critical operating environment. The role offers a broad mix of operational, client and supplier management responsibilities, with involvement across maintenance planning, AOG support, service delivery, procurement, reporting and aviation compliance. The position will suit someone with a solid aviation operations background who is ready to develop their management experience within a dynamic and demanding environment. Key Skills and Experience: Experience in an aviation role is essential, ideally 4+ years in an aviation OPS environment or similar. Excellent communications skills and the ability to liaise in a professional manner with Clients, suppliers, colleagues, and other contacts as may be required. Builds and maintains positive relationships both with internal company departments and external suppliers. Strong attention to detail with proficiency in technical and financial data analysis. Excellent organisational skills, adaptable and flexible approach to work matching.  requirements of project work and interacting with team members in different time zones. Excellent problem-solving skills. Able to manage and resolve issues to ensure operating priorities are delivered. Ability to work with Microsoft Office - Work, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and be confident in using wider IT software. Comprehensive understanding of managing aviation suppliers, their teams, Client request and other divisions requests in a time critical and live operating environment. Able to communicate strategically in an intercultural environment. Willingness and understanding that a lot of travel and time from home is required, with up to 60 days per year available to be spent in Europe. Not constrained by any nationality or visa limitations for travel in UK, Europe and Middle East.
