The Food and Beverage Assistant at The Empress Hotel is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, resetting tables, and processing payments while maintaining strict hygiene standards. To succeed, candidates need strong communication skills, a friendly attitude and the physical stamina to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
While previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, it is not required as full training will be provided. Please note that this role may involve working with and serving alcohol, therefore applicants must be aged 18 or over.
