Performance Marketing Manager

Feel Connected to the future at Sure by joining the Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Manager in either Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man.

This individual will drive customer growth and deliver measurable commercial outcomes through the effective management and optimisation of Sure’s digital marketing channels across all island markets. The role will lead performance marketing, website optimisation, customer acquisition, conversion improvement and data driven testing to maximise return on marketing investment. The successful candidate will also build in-house digital capability, taking greater ownership of campaign delivery and analysis while leveraging external partners where specialist expertise is required.

Passionate about their people and communities, the ideal individual would hold the following skills:

Strong, hands-on performance marketing experience, including direct management and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta or equivalent.
Demonstrable experience managing digital marketing budgets against commercial performance measures such as CPA, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS or equivalent.
Strong analytical capability and the ability to turn digital, campaign and funnel data into prioritised actions and measurable performance improvement.
Proven experience managing and optimising website content, landing pages and digital customer journeys, with a strong understanding of conversion-rate optimisation and experimentation.
Practical experience with web analytics, conversion tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio or equivalent.
