An exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join a busy venue based in Douglas.
Key duties include:
Supervising front-of-house teams, maintaining excellent customer service standards, managing bookings and events, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, staff training and performance management. You will also support with stock and labour management and ensure health & safety, food hygiene and licensing requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years’ supervisory experience within hospitality.
Experience managing teams.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience with EPOS and cash handling.
The ability to work under pressure during busy periods and events.
