Pharmacy Dispenser

Karsons Pharmacy is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Pharmacy Dispenser to join our friendly community pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience working in a community pharmacy who is passionate about delivering safe, accurate and efficient patient care. The role offers a varied workload, supporting the dispensary, assisting patients and customers, and occasionally undertaking pharmacy-related deliveries and collections.
Main Duties
Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions under the supervision of the Pharmacist, provide excellent customer service, assist with prescription queries, maintain stock levels and inventory, receive and process deliveries, support the day-to-day operation of the dispensary, and carry out pharmacy deliveries or collections when required.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a community pharmacy dispensary, a recognised dispensing qualification (or equivalent), experience using pharmacy dispensing systems, knowledge of NHS community pharmacy services, excellent attention to detail, strong customer service and communication skills, possess basic to intermediate computer literacy, the ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment, and a full, valid driving licence with the ability to drive as part of the role.
