Finance Manager

The successful candidate will take ownership of the company's financial operations, managing all accounting functions including billing, accounts receivable and payable, the general ledger, and revenue recognition. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports, maintain robust internal controls, and ensure compliance with both local and international accounting standards. The role also involves overseeing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, managing collections, and maintaining strong relationships with banks. You will liaise directly with external auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers, lead a team, and continually assess and improve financial systems and processes.
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a minimum of five years' experience in a financial controller or comparable role. Experience within digital marketing, media, or iGaming would be highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting is essential, along with proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Excel. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working independently and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
