We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Team Member to join our team at Joe
Jennings Bookmakers, an independent, family-run business established in 1961.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the shop, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the Shop Manager in all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring it operates efficiently and profitably. Provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally. Oversee cash handling, balancing, and banking procedures accurately. Previous experience in a betting shop preferred but not essential. Competitive salary. Bonus scheme.
