Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality Italian dishes to our restaurant’s standards.
Prepare pizzas, sauces, desserts and other dishes from scratch where required.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards.
Work efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team, especially during service.
Ensure food is consistently presented and cooked to a high standard.
Assist with stock rotation, preparation and general kitchen duties.
Contribute ideas and help maintain our traditional, home-cooked Italian style.
Whilst experience is not necessary it is preferred. Full training will be given.
