JOB REQUIRMENTS
Experience in ground maintenance, landscaping and/or gardening.
Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment including small hand and power tools and machinery.
Building and decorating works such as painting, joinery, woodwork etc.
Maintenance work for minor property repairs.
EXPERIENCE
Groundskeeping/gardening.
General property maintenance and repair.
using tools, equipment and machinery.
Knowledge of the use and proper disposal of chemicals used for groundskeeping and property maintenance.
Painting and decorating.
Advantageous experience includes:
Minor plumbing, electrics, joinery work.
Mechanics / vehicle maintenance.
Ideally mini digger and dumper truck experience.
SKILLS
Can read, write and speak in fluent English.
QUALIFICATIONS
Full, clean driving license.
Advantageous qualifications:
Digger and/or dump truck license/certification.
Chainsaw certification.
Licensed to tow trailers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The main Job role involves maintenance works for any defects at the properties as well as landscaping and gardening works. Jobs include repair works and odd jobs around the properties. We are looking for an all-round handy man/woman that can drive to different locations on the Island when needed for maintenance work and/or Gardening jobs.
