We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Reconciliations Administrator to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records through strong controls and robust processes.
Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Operations and the wider business, you will support audit requirements, manage outstanding reconciliation items and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls.
