Our client seeks an Intellectual Property Manager to join their team. Role Profile: This role is to capture and protect innovation within the Intellectual Property team to defend the company's commercial interests worldwide. Key Skills & Experience: Relevant Science or Engineering degree, preferably Masters. Fellow or Chartered Member of an industry related Professional Body preferred. Experience and qualification in patent law desirable. Experience of leading a company function. Working knowledge of contract and patent law. Experience of successfully operating and influencing at strategic and tactical level. Experience and knowledge of SDA industry, high volume manufacturing and light engineering. Technically, commercially and financially adept with experience of managing budgets. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against objectives. Good relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders
