We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager or a Senior Beauty/Spa Therapist who is ready to take the next step into management to join Comis Hotel & Golf Resort.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an established Spa Manager or an experienced Senior Therapist with strong leadership potential who is looking to progress their career.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop our team of Spa Therapists.
Deliver professional spa treatments to a high technical standard.
Manage bookings, rotas, scheduling and daily spa operations.
Drive treatment, retail and revenue performance.
Monitor costs, targets and departmental KPIs.
Maintain excellent guest service, cleanliness and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
Support the promotion of spa services, offers and social media activity.
About You
NVQ Level 3 Beauty/Spa Therapy qualification or equivalent – essential.
Experience as a Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor or Senior Beauty/Spa Therapist.
Strong practical treatment skills and a passion for wellness and guest care.
Leadership experience or the confidence and ability to take the next step into a management role.
Commercial awareness and the ability to work towards treatment, retail and revenue targets.
Excellent communication, organisation and people skills.
Confident using booking and scheduling systems.
Flexible to work weekends and variable hours as required.
Knowledge of Elemis products would be advantageous.
