We are looking for an experienced Head of Compliance to join a leading financial services organisation in the Isle of Man.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for developing and maintaining a strong compliance culture, providing strategic guidance to senior management and the Board, and ensuring high standards of regulatory compliance, governance and risk management across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing strategic compliance advice to senior management and the Board.
Overseeing the organisation’s compliance framework and regulatory obligations.
Supporting effective governance and risk management.
Maintaining strong relationships with regulators and key stakeholders.
Leading, developing and supporting the compliance team.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across compliance processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in a senior compliance role within financial services.
Strong Trust and Corporate Service Provider experience.
A detailed understanding of the Isle of Man regulatory environment.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach to risk, governance and continuous improvement.
