A leading construction company on the Isle of Man is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating subcontractors and site teams, monitoring progress, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring work is carried out in line with project plans and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have previous site management experience within the construction industry, strong leadership and organisational skills, and a good understanding of health and safety regulations. Relevant construction qualifications and an SMSTS or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
