Our client seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the periodic and ad-hoc system, process or data related reviews e.g. rule tuning, systems verification, transaction monitoring, bank data testing, quality assurance reviews. Define and maintain the AML / CFT Quality Assurance framework in the context of relevant money laundering and terrorist financing trends. Conduct QA reviews in accordance with the QA framework. Manage and monitor the implementation of improvements and remedial actions emanating from the QA findings, until close out. Execute client facing activities, both internal and external, in line with the agreed policies, procedures and service level agreements. Escalate all high-risk, complex and/or significant issues to the line manager. Key Skills and Experience: Diploma in Risk Management. 3-4 years in Compliance - Group Anti Financial Crime. Experience in the analysis of money laundering and terrorist financing indicators and trends. Promote Good Governance, Risk & Control. Experience in bank processes, products and systems. Proven experience in quality assurance or audit (i.e. able to conduct qualitative assessment of peer / subordinate work).
