As a Team Member at Joe Jennings Bookmakers in the Isle of Man, you will join an independent, family-run business established in 1961. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the day-to-day running of the shop, providing friendly and professional customer service, handling enquiries, resolving customer issues and carrying out cash handling, balancing and banking procedures accurately.
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, good attention to detail and a positive approach to teamwork. You should be comfortable working with numbers and handling cash responsibly. Previous experience in a betting shop is preferred but not essential. We offer a competitive salary and a bonus scheme.
