To lead the development and delivery of our Group learning and development approach, working closely with managers and colleagues across the business, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identify learning, development and future skills needs.
Create engaging training programmes, workshops and development opportunities.
Deliver face-to-face, virtual and blended learning.
Coordinate professional qualifications, external training and CPD.
Support an engaging and effective onboarding experience for new colleagues.
Introduce fresh ideas and innovative approaches to learning.
Measure the impact of our learning and development activity and help us continually improve.
