Our client seeks a Training and Development Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver engaging learning experiences, support colleague development, and drive continuous improvement across the Group. If you have a talent for training, a passion for people, and the skills to make learning impactful - we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Identify learning, development and future skills needs. Create engaging training programmes, workshops and development opportunities. Deliver face-to-face, virtual and blended learning. Coordinate professional qualifications, external training and CPD. Support an engaging and effective onboarding experience for new colleagues. Introduce fresh ideas and innovative approaches to learning. Measure the impact of learning and development activity and help continuous improvement. Key Skills and Experience: Experience in learning and development, training, HR or organisational development. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Strong organisational abilities. Studying towards CIPD qualification in Organisational Learning and Development (Level 5) or equivalent. Experience within a regulated or professional services environment. Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms. Coaching or mentoring qualifications is desirable but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
