Manage media relations, working with our PR agency to build relationships with journalists, handle press enquiries, and secure positive media coverage.
?Develop and manage engaging content for external channels, including press releases, website copy, social media, and marketing materials.
?Curate our websites to ensure content is clear and accurate, supporting the business to make any updates to reflect changes in our people, processes, policies etc
?Oversee social media strategy and execution, monitoring online reputation and engaging with audiences.?
Manage external stakeholder communications and engagement?
Internal Communications:?

Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
?Create and manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet content, and employee briefings.?
Facilitate clear and consistent communication from leadership to employees.
?Support internal change management communications.?
