Our Client is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Interact with clients on the phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner; Assist clients'; query about products and services Provide information and assistance to solve customer issues; Checking new account registrations; Processing withdrawal requests; Carry out customer KYC checks; Log complaints in the complaint register accurately; Conduct basic administrative tasks such and copying and filing; Proactively seek solutions to problems, notifying Management when concerns arise; Compliance with company's policies and procedure Key Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C and above Speaking Mandarin and having experience in e-gaming would be a bonus, although not essential; Must be flexible and willing to work shifts and weekends; Ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
