Our client seeks a Marketing Executive. Role Profile: Reporting to the Director, the post holder is responsible for all marketing activities for the business in order to heighten awareness of the Company within the industry and the local community. Key Responsibilities: To design and implement a Marketing Content Plan. To make recommendations to the Director to set a budget for marketing and work to keep the cost of all activities within that budget. To make recommendations to the Director for input to the Company’s Marketing Strategy. To be responsible for our Social Media presence. To compile and send out email marketing mail shots in line with GDPR. To design and organize any necessary advertising. To organize any Company events or events the Company is required to be present at. To design and distribute Newsletters. To observe and comment on our competitor’s activities. To compile regular Industry updates for the Director and Managing Director. To be responsible for ensuring consistency within all our branding. To monitor and evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities by using tools such as google analytics. To produce a monthly report of marketing activities in order to keep the Directors updated. To work within the Sales team and within the confines of Sales ticketing desk to deal with sales leads, providing potential clients with any necessary information in order to convert leads to sales. To put together Estimates on Quickbooks for the Sales Team and liaison between all parties to get acceptance of the estimate. To be responsible for the update of Agreement and Price List Templates. To be responsible for the input and maintenance of the CRM system and associated databases. To answer the telephone as required. To undertake any other jobs reasonably requested within the scope of the business. To assist with the growth and development of the business. Key Skills & Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar Marketing role. Experience of managing and implementing Marketing campaigns. Experience of digital Marketing. Ideally hold a relevant Marketing qualification. Prior experience gained in a technical background would be advantageous but not essential. Highly organised, dynamic and hands on. Willing to travel offshore as and when required. Be able to demonstrate examples of where you have produced return on investment.
