Our client seeks a Clinical Director to join their team. Role Profile: Responsible for devising strategies & plans. Working with the Managers to oversee all residential care & home care services to ensure compliancy with the Isle of Man Care Standards & the Groups standards of excellent service & growth. Working with the Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operating Officer on future growth plans & new home/services set up within the Isle of Man. Working with the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Finance & HR to devise resourcing, budget & administrative plans for the Group. Key Responsibilities: Devise strategies & plans with the Chief Operations Officer/Clinical Director across the Isle of Man to Group standards for excellent service & growth to ensure consistency. Oversee budget, resourcing & administrative operational plans for the Isle of Man. Plan & oversee with the Registered Home Care Managers/Care Home Managers in the Isle of Man to ensure consistent & compliant all patient care. Be responsible for monitoring the safe recruitment process for staff recruitment within the Homes & in Home Care to ensure safe recruitment levels are adhered too, as set by the Isle of Man Care Regulator. In conjunction with the Registered Home Care Managers/Care Home Managers ensure co-ordination & supervising of staff providing constructive feedback where required. Ensure staff within the Homes are provided with clinical training & opportunities for continuous development. Evaluate performance & discipline of staff in conjunction with the Registered Care Home Managers/Home Care Managers where necessary. Monitor compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies & quality standards & manage any deficiencies through the Registered Care Home Managers/Home Care Managers & Directors of the Group. Oversee, lead, & manage cross-functional team resources & external service providers as required. Work collaboratively with cross functional internal & external teams including regulators on projects as determined by the Directors of the Group. Work with both the Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operating Officer on the future growth strategy of care provision in the Isle of Man, including home set up & set up of care services. To support Care Home/Home Care Managers on the provision of care where required in times of absence. Work with the Isle of Man regulators\\other agencies to ascertain care requirements & provisions on the Island where the Group can assist/grown with their services provided. Key Skills & Experience: BS/BA degree required in health-related field or Registered Nurse with Level 5 Diploma in Management in Health & Social Care. Demonstrative experience within the health care industry as a Registered Manager or Home Care Manager. Able to work independently & make appropriate strategic decisions. Excellent written & oral communication & presentation skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities, while maintaining attention to detail is critical. Ability to prioritise tasks & resources, meet deadlines, & be flexible to changing priorities. To possess strong & influential leadership skills with proven ability to lead internal & external team members at all levels.
