Our client seeks a Test Co-ordinator to join their team. Role Profile: You will join a dynamic team, working closely with the business owners & subject matter experts working across the full development lifecycle. You will work alongside Developers, Testers, Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, & Business users in an Agile / Scrum environment, utilising strong communication & organisational skills while playing an integral role in ensuring that quality solutions are delivered. Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate user acceptance testing initiatives by communicating across multiple levels of the business & organising meetings to ensure effectiveness of UAT. Develop & maintain UAT training materials & conduct training sessions for all participating testers. Actively coach & educate members of the company’s business teams, enabling them to participate in UAT when needed as subject matter experts. Facilitate the UAT process by reviewing requirements, assessing business impacts of systems development, co-ordinating testing & reviewing test scripts to ensure users conduct thorough & careful testing. Advise key stakeholders by communicating knowledge of application functionality & development processes to improve user acceptance testing & assist in meeting business goals. Contribute to the development of test case library by reviewing existing scripts, analysing business needs to create a framework for future testing, increased efficiency & avoid duplication of work. Reporting of UAT test coverage & progress against plans. Working closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products are delivered on time & to the satisfaction of the business system owners Key Skills & Experience: Excellent organisational skills & negotiation skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement & communication skills. Previous experience in a co-ordination role. The ability to manage multiple projects or responsibilities concurrently & effectively. Experience working in fast paced, customer driven environments. Strong written & verbal communication. A proactive, adaptable & collaborative approach. The ability to communicate information in a clear, well-organised, & professional manner. Demonstrated ability to think critically. Knowledge of Gherkin, Jira &/or other testing tools Desirable Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a Banking or Investments environment. Previous experience in a Testing or UAT role. Experience in Digital environments. Knowledge of principles & methodology behind user acceptance testing. Ability to quickly understand key business requirements & workflows & ensure test cases reflect all business scenarios. Ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly information.
