We are looking for an experienced Software and Systems Analyst who also has experience of Project management. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, with a meticulous eye for detail, and a tenacious drive for delivery. We are a small and friendly yet ambitious and professional team, and the successful candidate will need to bring a ‘can-do’ attitude with a focus on successful outcomes. Description: FXCPay is a long-established fintech business, specialising in multi-currency payment processing. We enable our customers to efficiently accept payments in multiple currencies, either online or offline, using our innovative software platform. We are recruiting to help us in the next stage of our growth, and to oversee and manage the ongoing development of the technical platforms which underpin our services. Responsibilities will include: Establishing a project lifecycle/methodology appropriate to the needs of the business and nature of our projects. Prioritising and planning our overall work programme to ensure that our roadmap reflects the needs of the business and our customers and partners. Tracking and reporting progress against schedule and budget, while responding constructively and pragmatically to challenges, pressures and evolving requirements. Liaising with the FXCPay team, partners and clients to capture and document business and technical requirements. Contributing to and coordinating the design of systems and enhancements to existing systems to ensure that they meet requirements, are intuitive to use and are flexible to accommodate likely future needs. Managing internal and remote/external/outsourced teams to deliver systems which meet the requirements according to an agreed timetable, budget and quality standards. Plan, document and execute testing and quality control, and track and manage defect reporting and resolution. We have a unique proposition and getting a lot of traction in the market. We have huge plans to grow into a substantial international business and resources to do it. This role is based at our office in the Isle of Man (Douglas) – but with some flexibility to work from home as appropriate. Candidates looking for full or part time roles will be considered. Required skills: Previous experience in software and systems delivery is required for this role. Preferred skills: Although payments/fintech experience is not a prerequisite, experience of financial systems delivery would be beneficial.
