Our client seeks an Investment Co-Ordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Client Service. Checking all new accounts opened for clients. Involvement with new business streams along with take-on of potential new business. Maintain & continue building effective relationships with: Custodian Banks. Clearing Banks Trustees Operations Monitoring, investigating & responding to new account & investment queries Reviewing application forms upon receipt. Setting up new accounts on company systems & reviewing same, to ensure the accurate capture of all relevant data. Monitoring & arranging application of cash movements. General in-house administration, involving Word & Excel. Reviewing all dealing for designated Funds. Checking all relevant documentation fund dealing, including internal & external correspondence Monitoring the initial adviser fees payable to IFA’s Checking payments. Monitoring cash receipts on a daily basis Investment Management. Accurate administration of share registers, including subscriptions & redemptions, transfers & switches. Creation & cancellation of units. Deal Ticket creation. Instruction of subscription & redemption cash movements. Creation & Issue of Creation Letters Generation & Issue of Contract Notes. Raising of Withdrawal Instructions, including review of such. Production of & issue of income schedules & portfolio valuations. Providing figures necessary for individual investments following top ups & redemptions. Regulatory & Compliance. Assisting with the review of new account documentation & additional investment information, including SOW for all new & additional investments. Data Protection. Ensuring that KYC/DD documents are valid. Ensuring that all outgoing correspondence & documentation is issued to the correct recipient Key Skills & Experience: The ability to focus, adapt quickly & work well as part of a busy team. Provide information in an accurate & timely manner. Provide outstanding levels of customer service. Be methodical & diligent to ensure accuracy & be familiar with all aspects of investment administration (e.g. banking, trading, fund admin, valuations, dividends, input). A basic understanding of portfolio management. Key attention to detail. Detailed knowledge of investments & fund administration, including UK CGT, fee structure & application requirements. Understanding of investment procedures, AML legislation, Isle of Man Fund legislation, & a basic knowledge of UK CGT. Strong communication skills are essential.
