Our client is looking for a Client Engagement Manager to join their team. Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Client Engagement Manager who is passionate about providing a first-class service. This is a vital role that is key to building effective and trusted client relationships, and offers you the chance to further develop an extensive range of skills. To be considered for this role, you???ll need to specifically state on your CV that you have the right to live and work in Jersey, Isle of Man or Guernsey. Key Responsibilities: Working with the Client Director, you???ll get to know your clients and their financial needs and circumstances. You???ll build strong relationships and become a trusted adviser, providing clients with a credible and accessible point of contact and an outstanding service in every interaction. Through client reviews, you???ll identify and fulfil opportunities to help meet their need, while all the time enhancing your relationship with them. Managing the client contact strategy Managing any client complaints and resolving problems swiftly, continually building trust and ensuring client satisfaction Preparing client correspondence, including any annual investment, credit and in life reviews Overseeing general enquiries and banking requests Key Skills and Experience: Most importantly, you???ll need to be extremely client centric, and have the integrity to build effective, trusted relationships A background in banking or finance The drive and pragmatic approach to deliver outstanding customer service and meet business objectives Strong credit management and stewardship experience The ability to work within a strong service-oriented culture Good written communication skills Strong team player.
