Our Client seeks an Improvement and Controls Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a busy team, providing a first class service to clients. They will liaise with the team leaders to ensure the efficient delivery of banking services to clients, identifying and delivering improvements within the teams. Skill and Experience: Has at least two years' experience working in a similar management role, Demonstrates strong team building, leadership and management skills, Is dedicated to providing a high standard of client service, Responds efficiently and effectively to all business opportunities and challenges, Has a working knowledge of direct debits and card schemes, in addition to current legislation for banking, Is a highly motivated individual who can energise their team members, Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability and creative solutions to any problems, Is able to identify and implement efficiency gains across the Banking Operations team.
