Our client seeks a Part-Time Office Manager and Bookkeeper for 20 -24 hours per week. This role combines day to day office management with bookkeeping responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee general office operations. Ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related enquiries. Record daily financial transactions, including purchases and incoming payments. Experience of QuickBooks is preferred. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records. Process payroll. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed and payments collected. Prepare and issue management accounts, including balance sheets and income statements. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule for the right candidate.
