We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Bar Staff to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible and available to work shifts on an as-needed basis, including evenings, weekends, and events. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and keeping the bar area clean and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner; prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; ensure the bar is clean, stocked, and presentable at all times; operate the till and handle cash/card transactions accurately; check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in line with licensing laws; restock fridges and bar supplies as needed; assist in setting up or closing down the bar for service; follow hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements: Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential. A positive attitude and great communication skills; ability to work well in a team and under pressure; flexibility with availability, including weekends and evenings; punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
