As Financial Controller, you will be a key member of our Management Team, reporting directly to the General Manager. You'll lead all financial activities including forecasting, budgeting, job costing, investment appraisals, and financial planning, while supporting cross-departmental initiatives and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead monthly management reporting, forecasting, and scenario planning; Oversee the development of financial procedures and systems; Manage costing models and validate manufacturing process costs; Partner with operations to support WIP/inventory audits and cashflow optimization; Lead ERP and financial reporting development projects; Support capital investment, grant applications, and statutory accounts; Drive cost awareness and continuous financial improvement company-wide.
What We're Looking For:
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent); Preferably 5+ years of experience in industry, ideally within a manufacturing environment; Proven leadership across cross-functional projects; Manufacturing sector experience, including ERP and real-time data; Skilled in cost analysis, scenario planning, and continuous improvement; Clear, confident communicator who can simplify financial concepts; Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
