Maintenance Housekeeper (Days)

Position Summary:
The Housekeeping Level 2 associate works independently with limited assistance from others applying processes and procedures appropriately.
This associate can add value to cross functional teams or discussions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Uses and follows company general housekeeping and safety practices and policies.
Recognizes building support problems and escalate.
Independently performs general cleaning for their areas of responsibility.
General site to include support with restocking (supplies).
Understands and supports recycle program.
May be required to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE).
independently support and interact with vendors and associates.
Able to operate housekeeping equipment to include but not limited to:
Forklift.
Compactor.
Floor Scrubber.
Has an understanding of the lean toolbox (i.e. 5S, CEDAC, Standard Work, etc.).
Supports the RX team on medium/large projects including machine moves and installation of new equipment.
Education and /or work Experience Requirements:
Required:
Basic Education.
1 year of Work experience in a similar environment.
Good communication skills.
Preferred:
Forklift Licence.
Gas Safety Training.
Safety Awareness Training.
Manual Handling Trained.
