The suitable candidate should be experienced in MIG welding, with a strong background in fabrication; have a keen eye for detail, ensuring their work meets the highest standards; be a reliable and hardworking individual who takes responsibility for their work with exceptional results, who works well with others but can also can work independently when needed.
