Our client has a new opportunity for a Senior Customer Services Administrator to join their team on a 6 month basis. r
The Senior Customer Services Administrator will act as a key point of contact for financial advisers, delivering high-quality administrative support, relationship management, and customer service. You will also ensure the effective onboarding and servicing of clients in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards. r
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within Investments / Life Assurance and have a sound understanding of customer due diligence, regulatory frameworks and servicing operations.r
