Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing & Brand Strategist to join their global marketing team. Role Profile:
You will play a crucial role in defining and executing the marketing strategy by analysing client behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the legal and fiduciary sector, as well as developing the messaging and positioning to grow the reputation and differentiate approach. You will have experience in a similar role (ideally in the context of legal services) and will be able to evidence strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets and translate their findings into actionable insights which support content strategies and brand propositions. The role comprises three key areas of responsibility, the duties for which are outlined below. Working alongside and in partnership with jurisdictional marketing teams to ensure that marketing strategy aligns with the overall Group objectives, and will deliver global breadth of support to all of the group businesses. Key Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred. A Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification. A minimum of five years' experience in marketing, data analysis and communications, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Positive energy and drive, with a passion for creativity, innovation and growth of both self and the business. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities, occasionally to tight deadlines. Experience in media monitoring and managing diverse media stakeholders and outlets. Experienced copy writer. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies as they relate to the legal industry, including client segmentation and campaign performance metrics. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.Proficient use in Marketing systems, ideally Vuture, Frontify, InterAction, Cision, generating travel passes, monitoring and updating BD Trackers and use of Social Media channels as well as the use of internal marketing systems specific to which training will be provided. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data trends specific to the legal market and translate them into strategic insights. Visualization Proficiency: Experience in creating data visualizations that effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams within the firm. Legal Marketing Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles as they pertain to law firms and the ability to apply them in a data-driven context. Agility: Ability to evolve the role in order to respond to any changes or developments identified by the leadership around the strategic direction of the firm.
