We are looking for resilient and self-motivated individuals to join our lively team. Giving opportunities for children to maintain relationships with both parents our contact centre offers a structured but neutral environment which is important to the wellbeing of the children concerned. r

In the role of Saturday Contact Centre Worker you will be responsible for the smooth running of the sessions between children and their respective parents. The role requires a non-judgemental approach, good observational skills, excellent literacy skills and the confidence to deal with difficult situations. r
r
You will preferably have experience in education, social work, health, youth / play / early years work or similar. Personal resilience, enthusiasm and the ability to engage and influence a variety of people is a must together with the confidence to deal with difficult situations. r
