Care Support Worker

To be responsible for the wellbeing, i.e., the physical, emotional and social needs of the clients, in a caring, kind, and respectful manner whilst always preserving dignity and self-respect, under the supervision of the Office Manager and/or Care Manager.
12 hour shifts, 24-48 hours a week whichever you prefer.
Advantageous to have worked in a similar caring background with NVQ Care Level 2 qualified. Willing to work towards QCF Level 3.
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team environment or on one's own initiative.
Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and 2 suitable references.
Knowing how important family time is and a healthy work life balance, all our rotas are prepared 6-8 weeks in advance, and offering set hours.
