Part-time / Flexible Hours / Competitive Pay.
Sunnydale Care Home is seeking up to 2 Care Support Workers to join our compassionate team in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. If you're caring, reliable, and want to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to residents in line with individual care plans.
Assist with daily activities, including mobility, meals, and social engagement.
Promote dignity, independence, and well-being at all times.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
Maintain accurate records and follow care home procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a care role (preferred but not essential).
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care would be desirable.
Compassionate, dependable and able to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine interest in supporting older people.
