SALES NEGOTIATOR.
Due to expansion, Cowley Groves are looking for a dynamic team player with a hunger for competition and desire to provide an exemplary service to current and future clients. The role will provide an opportunity for someone to increase business and establish themselves within the Isle of Mans property industry. You will receive full training from established and experienced staff, along with a generous commission.
Key responsibilities:
In possession of a full driving licence and able to use your car for work purposes, computer and social media literate with strong organisational and time management skills, confident in a customer facing role and an ability to develop and maintain relationships with both Vendors and Purchasers, respond to enquiries, conduct viewings and negotiate offers, ensure compliance matter and AML protocols are adhered too, experience in Outlook and maintaining databases, spreadsheets and standard Microsoft applications.
