Annexio (LottoGo.com) is recruiting an Operational Compliance Manager to join our established team on the Isle of Man. This key role will support the Group Head of Risk & Compliance in managing AML and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and industry standards. You'll facilitate risk management, design and implement mitigating controls, report on control effectiveness, and maintain excellent relationships with regulators and authorities. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and excellent KYC/verification experience. While gaming industry background is preferred, we welcome applicants from other sectors with transferable skills and team management experience. Candidates should be working toward, or interested in, developing DMLRO responsibilities.
