Requirements:r

-Proven experience in groundworks, including excavation, foundations, drainage, and site preparationr
-Ability to read site plans and follow instructions accuratelyr
-Full driving licence and own transport preferredr
-Strong work ethic and reliability, shows up on time, takes pride in quality of workr
-Able to work independently and as part of a teamr
-Good communication skills, able to interact respectfully with site managers, other trades, and clientsr
-Willingness to follow health & safety procedures at all timesr
-Flexible and adaptable, able to handle changing site demands or weather conditionsr
-Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop skills on the jobr
