Treasury Team Administrator

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Treasury Team at Marsh Captive Solutions.

This role will be based in Douglas, Isle of Man. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is an excellent opportunity to a join a team covering two Marsh captive domiciles - Ireland and Isle of Man - where you will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and utilising your exceptional communication skills.

The team is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Treasury function of Ireland and Isle of Man clients, with a particular focus on cash management including effecting payments and receipt administration in line with time-frames set within the function. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, impeccable attention to detail and be quick to pick up new systems.

What you will need to have:
Previous back office/cash management experience in a finance function or an Insurer.
High level of accuracy/attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and numerical skills and proven track record to provide a high level of customer service.
Ability to work within a team environment as a team player.
A high degree of flexibility in approach to work.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.

What makes you stand out:
A degree or equivalent level of education in Business Studies or a related discipline (desirable).
Strong knowledge of cash management processes and / or experience using online banking platforms.
