Based in the centre of Douglas our client is looking for an Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of the office activities. With a mix of daily tasks and responsibilities this will be a busy varied role. Duties will include meeting and greeting clients on reception and dealing with incoming calls and emails. Producing invoices and statements and ensure they are paid on time.
