Swagelok is a large engineering company, manufacturing a wide range of high-quality products for the global markets, which offers a competitive benefits package for all associates.
Due to continued growth in our Isle of Man site, we are looking to recruit experienced CNC machinists across all our shifts.
Day shift (7am - 3:15pm Monday - Thursday and 7am - 2pm Friday).
Twilight shift (11 am - 9pm working 4 days a week).
Night shift (9pm - 7am working 4 nights a week).
Flexible time working will be considered on request, so these shifts can be tailored to you.
The successful candidate will set and operate a variety of CNC machining platforms and carry out daily tasks in the most cost-effective, safe, and responsible manner, ensuring high quality products are produced.

We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for successful candidates in permanent roles as follows:
£500 for day shift operators.
£750 for twilight shift operators.
£1000 for night shift operators.
*Sign on bonus paid following completion of 3 months probationary period. Subject to terms and conditions.
