Accounts Assistant

Manx Independent Carriers are looking for an assistant to join their accounts department.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking care of ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Liaise directly with warehouse and transport to resolve consignments.
Chasing payments.
Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records.
Raising invoices.
Dealing with queries.
Building a good rapport with clients and providing an accounting team with relevant information.
In this varied role, you will be involved in data collection, entry, and reconciliation, while working closely with the accounts team to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
As an employee of Manx Independent Carriers, you will be eligible to join our pension scheme after successfully completing your probation period.
In addition to this you will receive 20 days annual holidays initially, increasing every 2 years as a long service bonus.
