We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our 4* Hotel Team. The successful applicant will support the daily operations of the current restaurant, oversee the team ensuring exceptional service delivery and consistency guest experience, and maintain operational efficiency in the restaurant.
The successful candidate should have proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant, preferably within the hotel or hospitality environment. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations is required, together with experience in event coordination and private dining.
